Boundary Supply is committed to your satisfaction and offers a streamlined return process for all technical apparel and gear within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
